Semantic Search is about search and not results

There is a lot of talk about Semantic Search at the moment but what if Semantic Search was not about you?

Semantic Search is a bit of a buzzword at the moment, even more so since the Google Hummingbird update.

Semantic Search isn’t about you the website owner, it’s about you the searcher.

Rather than Google analysing a web page and matching it to a search term, Google Semantic Search puts more emphasis on analyzing the search term and matching it to a web page.

This very small difference is the key to Semantic Search.
