How I Started in Business

I updated one of my very old websites this week which was one of the 1st websites I built and that initially got me in to SEO

I was still working in the building industry at the time, saw loads of new regulations coming in regarding Disabled Access and realised their was a gap in the market for Wheelchair Ramps especially Portable Wheelchair Ramps.

I registered the website https://www.wheelchair-ramps.co.uk and built a very simple, static HTML site conisting of about 10 pages and 3 or 4 different wheelchair ramps.

Didn’t really think much more about it until the phone started ringing with people wanting to buy ramps.

At the time I didn’t even have a business set up or even have a ramps supplier so I just had to turn the inquiries away.

After a few weeks of calls, I thought this is stupid, so contacted a supplier, formed the business and the rest as they say is history.
