If you are getting the error message Due to sustained attacks on WordPress Login pages we have been forced to take extra security measures. Please contact support to gain access. when trying to login to your WordPress site via wp-admin or wp-login it is probably due to your host having Brute-force DDOS attacks on them.

Your host may have deactivated wp-login and wp-admin and will have instructions of how to get around this in your hosting panel

If you have any problems, contact your host. who will either unblock you or add a plugin for you WPS Hide Login

Another quick work around is to add this line to your .htaccess file

<Files wp-login.php>
allow from YOUR-IP-NUMBER
</Files>

(changing the obvious)
I would recommend seeing what your host says 1st though
